We have had a few companies to do our annual check ups on our system but Kerr County AC and Heating Services has been the best. We called after having another company check it before summer and then had an issue. After Ryan came our system is working and cooling better than it has in years. He went above by checking the copper lines under our home to the unit and found a kink the previous company made when moving the unit. The unit also needed refrigerant which the previous company said it did not need. We will never use anyone other company. So friendly and welcoming!
I had such a quick response text and email. Then a phone call when technician was heading out. It was actually earlier than the time of appt. My AC was fixed so fast. Great service and quality.
Was VERY impressed both with their professionalism and knowledge but also personable approach, as if I've known them for a long time.This was my first experience with Kerr County AC, they're now in my contacts should I need assistance in the future.Highly recommend them.
