I enjoy JC Penney. I can find moderately priced, good clothing for work. We're in the throes of a heat wave in Central Texas and I hit JC Penney at the exact right time! They're running a huge Father's Day sale and even though I was only shopping for myself....absolutely cleaned up! The young man who rang up my purchases was absolutely delightful!

They double booked and I had an event right after. Didn't get to get a haircut. But usually they do a good job. I will not come back just cause it is important for people to make their appointments and important for businesses to be professional.

This was an ok JcPenny. They had good sales however it is very very small, therefore all the clothes were packed together into the store as well as racks outside of the store. The service was hit and miss. There was one employee that was welcoming however there was another at the cashier that was very slow. The service when checking out took more than 10 minutes so I left to another register. Luckily this employee was available. They didn't have a great variety of sizes as the location is very small. Since it is one of the only stores in the town I was in, I would go there again but hopefully they would have what I needed. Other than the slow cashier the experience was ok.
