“All I can is WOW! This company and Mr. Underwood is incredible. My 89 year old mother has several A/C window units that have not been cooling adequately for years. So, I recently purchased two new window A/C units and called Underwood Heating and A/C to come out and replace the units to which they graciously booked us right away. Unfortunately, when they arrived we realized that the units were not the right size for the windows and extensive framing would be needed in order to accommodate the units. Mr. Underwood made a referral on the spot and was honest and genuine and told us they he didn't feel he could frame the windows himself.
