One of our office computers had a virus a couple weeks ago. We brought it to Computer Clinic of Kerrville. He fixed it and had it finished later in the morning. Works great now. The cost to fix it was a good price.Last year our accounting computer program would not work after an update of the program. After the update, it wouldn’t work with Microsoft Windows. Microsoft told me it was the accounting program problem not them. Needless to say, playing the blame game wasn’t going fix our computer problem and we needed it ASAP. We had a problem with our computer at work after doing an update on our accounting program about a year ago. We could not even get our computer to work to login for the morning. He came to the office and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable.

worst attitude on the phone, ask about a cleaning of a labtop and other issues I have with IE. was told not to use it, then I wouldn't have the problem. And then he told me he has to get off the phone, really??? I am trying to find out if you can resolve my computer problem, before I come and drop it off. Needless to say I took it somewhere else. And they were able to tell me over the phone what my IE issue was. stay away from this business, nothing has changed with the new management!
