My husband and I used Keith to build our first home together back in 2019. We seriously took for granted how WONDERFUL that experience was. We lived out of state at the time the build began, and he always kept us informed. We got pictures and videos of the progress regularly. Keith himself did the walk through at closing, and he addressed every single thing we brought up following our move in. If you want a quality-built house by a very capable organized team-oriented construction crew then, we recommend Keith Carothers. They were always pleasant, ready to correct any flaw, timely and made sure that the product was of the highest standard. Followed up well with the agreements set in place. Contractors are courteous and we even became friends with some of the crew. I watched and heard some say I don`t like a particular thing and I watch them reach for a higher level of achievement. Building a home during the pandemic had many challenges, but we are so glad that we found Keith Carothers Homes.
