I left two appointment requests as a new client and was never answered. Called, no answer.Really disappointing considering the high rating. If theres one thing I have a major issue with its zero communication. If you have a system set up for appointments then it might need to be checked every once in a while.We will be looking for another Dr. I have a feeling the rest of the services would have been on par with this opening experience.

Give yall a heads up, this Dr. that runs this carnival of a mobile Vet clinic like to drink between appointments, treats employees like garbage and is now lumped in with BetterVet actually dropping the quality of that company. if you want Cousin Eddie from the Vacation movies to work on your animals be my guest.

They were absolutely wonderful with our dog Peanut. He was refusing food & water, almost unable to walk, was lethargic, and over all was not acting like himself at all for the past two days. After calling a dozen vets in the area this morning, no one could get us in today and I was too scared to wait any longer. I called Sea Paws in desperation as I have never used a mobile vet before. They managed to rework their schedule to squeeze him in within 2 hours! While it is a little more costlier than I am used to - I still feel the costs were very fair and were not much more for such amazing service.
