I received phone call status updates on the repairs and once completed, it was safely secured until I was able to return and get it, it was even polished up to have a nice take-home shine!. Dave a nerds to go is always, precise, and affordable, he always comes through at the drop of a dime my office was offline yesterday he immediately came diagnosed the problem even left me a backup lab top to work on while my computer was down they are the best company hands down
