He went through the whole system and revealed a couple things that I had been doing that was not necessary (doubling up on filters / running unnecessary heppa system from previous owner). He also took photos and revealed a rodent issue in the attic that I will now be addressing.

One of my AC units finally was beyond the point of repair, they came out to diagnose on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my house ready to replace.
