I am very happy with the service Kim the owner is a real sweetheart and she always does a beautiful job on my nails and Thia does my pedicure She does a great job as well. Sometimes I have had to wait but when you go with out an appointment you have to wait it's like that everywhere.

I come here fairly frequently and have been coming here for years. I'm giving it 4 stars as it is usually a good experience. I have had a lot of services over the years: acrylics, gel nails, dipped nails, simple manicure, pedicure, etc. I sometimes love it, and am sometimes not as happy. The last time I was there was a little bit frustrating. I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait for a pedicure. I ended up waiting 50 minutes and they put someone in the chair before me who arrived after me (who also didn't have an appointment). I had already waited so long, otherwise I would have left. I have been going to this nail salon for years and absolutely love it. The salon is clean and the nail technicians are professional and friendly. The salon shut down for approximately 9 months during Covid and just recently opened back up. The have taken quite a few precautions to protect customers and staff. There are large, thick plexiglass shields that go between nail technicians and customers at both manicure and pedicure stations. You can see that they clean thoroughly between customers and are limiting the number of customers in the salon at a time. I live in Dallas now but will wait to get a pedicure until I come home to visit so that I can get a pedicure at Four... read full review
