Orlando was dispatched to Houston to help deal with the sorm which came through May 16th. He finished the job at our house that Anthony ran until demo was complete. Orlando continued the great service while our house was going through the drying process. He was professional, prompt, and took good care of us. He was in constant communication and did a fantastic job. I appreciate the Grapevine staff for putting life on hold while they assisted in the Houston area. I would certainly recommend Servpro for storm damage demo, drying, and packout.
I highly recommend Servpro for water remediation, demo, and pack out/storage. The crews led by Anthony did a truly outstanding job. Anthony was dispatched to the Houston area to support the local teams immediately following the recent historical storm. We had a tree land on our house and dump water inside. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and treatment of our home. He worked seamlessly with insurance. We recently had Servpro Shaw Team working at our office property to mitigate a flood from a neighboring office--the experience was fantastic, and the entire team made the water mitigation process very simple and less stressful than it easily could have been.
Specifically, Zach, Kole, and Krista S. were great to work with--they kept us up to date through the entire process with excellent communication regarding scheduling and detailed summary reports after each visit.
