I switched to Majestic Nails in Keller over a year ago after switching from a Southlake Salon. My nails always come out perfect and last for weeks. Everyone is so kind and make you feel so welcomed. I have big hands and they make my hands look pretty. After going to the same Southlake salon for over 4 years and seeing all the same faces - they didn’t even remember my name. Majestic hears my name over the phone and immediately knows what I want and with who I want it with! Can’t say enough!
Thresa was at the front desk and she made the experience comfortable and fun!
Kristy was my finances nail tech and she did an amazing job and she will definitely be coming back to this location!
Okay, normally, my experience here is great! I drive all the way down from Denton so the techs here can do my nails. However, my experience today was not so great. The tech was extremely rough with my hands, filed the sides of one nail down to the nail bed and cut almost all of my cuticles, the duration of the appointment I was in pain and even flinched away from her because of it. Now my nails look great, but my fingers are bloody and in so much pain now which completely ruined the experience for me.
