Many find the gym usually not super crowded, allowing for easy access to machines without long waits. The staff is known for being sweet and helpful, with some employees, like Erin and Neal, always welcoming and ready to chat. Personal trainers, such as Joel, are praised for their ability to push members towards their health goals in a comfortable way. Although some equipment, like the treadmills, may be outdated, the overall experience is positive, and the gym community is friendly and considerate. However, it has been noted that the gym can feel hot and humid due to limited air conditioning.
Best gym in Keller and the staff actually treat you like a human and not a robot scanning in, all of the employees are so sweet and always helpful and I can actually talk to them and they all are like friends at this point, I love this place! Not to mention the machines that they have are amazing and well taken care of and I can actually train hard here without getting complaints from the staff because they actually know what hard work is and care about their gym goers! I love coming to this gym!! Everything is always clean, it’s usually not super crowded (even after 5 pm) so you are able to use the machines and equipment easily without waiting too long and everyone here is so friendly. Erin and Neal are always welcoming and chat with me either coming in or out of the gym, the daycare workers are super patient with my daughter and she loves coming here as well while I workout (and she loves Miss Kayla)! Love this gym! Never too crowded and the patrons are friendly and considerate of others working out around them.
Huge compliments to the staff as well- Neal worked with us to ensure we were getting the best membership for our family's needs without trying to over-sell us, and Erin is so friendly! She's always quick to greet us, see how we're doing and what we're working out. I can't say enough positive things about how they've made us feel like a part of the LA family.
