Today I had a new patient appointment at 3:45. I arrived a 3:35. 10 minutes early.
I was called to the desk and was greeted with a heavy sigh and side eye to another customer service person. Apparently, it is required to be 30 minutes early BEFORE an appointment. so make my appointment for 3:15. And do not communicate this while a new patient is standing in front of you.
the front desk and office manager need some serious reminders about customer service. I was.told. I would have to reschedule. no one offered to do that...I would have to call. I'm standing right in front of you. No offer to get the paperwork all filled out today. No apologies for their error.... read full review

I called and got a next day appointment and I was so relieved. They gave me a prescription and treated me aggressively (which helped me recover faster). I am so thankful for the medical staff here. The front desk staff is busy and not in the mood to smile or ask how you are, but they get the job done....which is what I need when I am not feeling well.

I have gone to Keller Family in Keller for about 30 years. So has my husband and kids. We can get in the same day we call which is great when you are sick over the weekend. I am on medicare but the rest of the family is not. They are all friendly at the front desk and professional. I find their pricing fair and I can always reach someone when I call. My husband sees Dr. Dingess and I see Devin Price. No complaints in any way. K. Isbell
