After reading all the reviews, I figured I would give Helix a try…Britt, the owner and technician, was AMAZING! He fixed the carpet we had to pull up from water damage and he restored it to working order and removed the stain. We’ll definitely use Helix Carpet Repair for any future carpet needs!

I contacted Britt to fix my upstairs carpet, which needed to be stretched and cleaned. He was super responsive, came out in a timely manner, and gave a fair quote. After work was complete i was impressed with how the work turned out and i will be using him in the future if i ever need my carpet cleaned or repaired.
