Not sure what's happening at this location. I've been using this service for almost 4 years with no issues. The previous staff remembered my name and my shirts were always perfect. I will never forget the time I was running late and they waited for me after business hours to pick up clothes I needed for an important business trip. Recently, I noticed a change in staff and a noticeable change in attitude. Also, for some reason they changed their closing time from 7:00 pm to a very inconvenient 6:00 p.m (this site is wrong) which makes it almost impossible to pick up my clothes after work. I have been using this cleaners for about 3 yrs and until last week, I generally did not have any issues. I usually take at least 1 to 2 drops a week and when the "sisters" worked there, I never had any problems. It is my understanding that they left because the "owner" treated them with great disrespect. I went to pick up and order of clothes, to be exact 2 blouses, 1 pair of capris, and 2 pair of dress slacks. I was told that they were not able to "locate" them so could I come back tomorrow and they would be there. I left a small order, 2 pair of slacks and maybe 2 shirts. Please do not use this dry cleaners. I have used them for a year plus and their business practices have really upset me recently - unethical stuff. I was always told that it was an error and it will get corrected. But they try to see what they can get away with because most folks won’t check the receipt. First of all, they advertise one price (5 shirts for $12) and modify the price often times. They have promised us loyalty discounts because we have been coming to them for years but keep taking it off on every transaction. Employees told me that owner does this on multiple accounts.
