My momma life completely change after Pilates. At the beginning was a little challenging to manage my schedule, but it brought me so much benefits that I kept pushing and I got used to. My physical and mental health improved significantly since I started Pilates over 3 years ago. Club Pilates instructors are awesome!
All the instructors are amazing! Tonight, Kim came in ALL decked out in Christmas attire and jingly for our Reformer 1.5 class. Love this facility and all the friendly faces!
Pilates is the only workout that helped me strengthen and heal after a diagnosis of severe arthritis. I also have other physical conditions that keep me from doing all the movements. I’ve always felt encouraged and confident during the workouts. The instructors are truly interested in customizing workouts and encouraging modification that is best for each person. Each workout is different which is great for overall fitness and strength; I work different muscles in different ways each time I attend. I’ve attended 100 classes and can’t wait for the next! This is for every age and every physical ability!
