John Hutto and his team are always quick to answer and help us get cooled off. Daniel was able to detect our cooling problem quickly. We appreciate their quick response and will use their services in the future.
The technician Thomas showed up early and was prompt in getting to work. Was thorough in the work he performed and checked the items and what if anything needed to be replaced. Explained items to me that I did not understand. Was friendly and respectful of the property. Will continue to use Absolute Air for all of my heating and cooling needs. The unit functions like it’s a new one and house is cool and comfortable.
The technicians that came out to repair our system were very thorough. Before they left they double checked everything and found another problem. That also was taken care of before they left. The house is nice and cool now.
