This place was amazing! They were able to get somebody out to us so fast, everyone was very polite and nice. J.D. and Caleb were speedy, great and were able to answer all my questions easily! I will come back in the future and be recommending for sure! Very satisfied with my choice to use this company. They honestly just get better each time I use them! Will continue to come back and highly recommend
Very knowledgeable and informative. WHE installed our Generac today and replaced the electrical panel. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them. They were the only generator company to respond to me after Hurrican Beryl rolled through the Katy TX area - even Blaze Generators never responded to my several calls and emails through their website. The new panel is 100% better than the original and not only provides peace of mind but it will add resale value to the home. Wonderful job by a very pleasant group of professionals - very refreshing in this day and age.
Roland with West Houston Electric did a safety inspection to address concerns I had with my electrical system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He gave me options but did not try to push me into anything unnecessary. He was also extremely kind and personable. I will use this company in the future and ask for Roland specifically.
