I’m grateful to have Integrity PT team helped me for two months with my lumbar stenosis. It nearly crippled me with excruciating pain from the lower back running down to both legs for months. Everyone in the PT team and the front office worked diligently with great care and professionalism. They gave me the best of what needed. I like the approach of this group which included two parts in each session. The first was to soften the tension of the muscles and fascia of painful areas. Scraping and cupping were often used in addition to hand pressure on my back, thighs and legs.
