Dr Lo was very professional and conducted my eye exam with great cares. The new showroom has a wide selection of frames and their Zeiss lenses were awesome. I used to feel eye pain under sunlight but with their Zeiss lenses I felt much better in the sunny summer. I definitely recommend them for my friends and family in Katy. Good job!
TSO Katy Ranch. Outstanding!!! I’ve never been to a better office than this one here. Everyone in this office is kind, friendly and know exactly what they are doing. Dr Shah is amazing. His knowledge and patient care is outstanding. Dr Lo also. Just amazing care for the patients. Sofia and Camilla at the front desk greet you with a smile always, and makes your visit exceptional. Aura the administrator is probably the best I’ve seen yet. Organized and will make sure u get what you are entitled to with your insurance benefits.

TSO Katy Ranch was a great experience and always has been. The front staff are very friendly and helpful along with the eye tech. Dr Shaw is the best at making you feel comfortable. He takes time with you to explain everything and truly seems to care. Thank you all for caring about your patients.
