We have been here multiple times. Every single time has been a good experience with the staff, nurses, and doctors. Sometimes there’s a longer wait, but that’s typical with pediatric urgent cares. Most of the time we were seen and out within an hour. Very thankful for this location!

After being seen and misdiagnosed less than 24 hours prior at a different urgent care, Texas Children's gave my son the care he needed. They did a thorough exam, diagnosed his ear infection and ruptured eardrum, prescribed him an ear drop and oral antibiotic, and even ran a Covid and Flu swab to rule those out. I shouldn't have wasted my time at the other urgent care the day prior. The care we received was night and day better at Texas Children's.
