My husband and I have visited this store a number of times. The store manager, John Markle is friendly, professional and has a helpful demeanor!My experience is that we often hear negative feedback much more than positive. This is it - the only pest solution you'll ever need.1 - There's an entomologist on staff. That means you'll be using the RIGHT product to deal with the bugs in your home/yard. No "mass spraying". No expensive treatments for infestations that aren't your problem.2 - You can bring your insects in (trap a few between pieces of clear plastic tape) and they will identify the problem.
