Cheryl at the register is always so pleasant and welcomes you with a smile. Amazing place with so much positive energy.

I went to a yoga class this morning as a drop in and loved it. I haven't been to an in person class in a while and it was so nice to get back out there. The studio is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The instructor was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I love the zen environment, so peaceful and quiet. So far I have enjoyed both yoga classes I've taken. The location works great for me. Also, the little shop and café at the front are very cute. The flexibility of the class passes is exactly what I need. Looking forward to try more classes and different instructors.
