By far, the worst Groupon Experience I've ever had. The worst esthetician I've ever encountered. There was no one in the salon when I walked in, through a hair salon and down dungeon like stairs. I knocked on all the doors downstairs and there was no one around. I sat there and waited for my appointment and at exactly 11:30 am, this woman came pounding down the stairs, out of breath, and did not greet me. She ran in to the room and I opened the door and asked her if she was the person who was going to provide me with the services I paid for. She was brash, unprofessional and rude. I had an awesome experience getting a facial with Claudia. She is definitely the best! She did an amazing job with the face extractions. Highly recommended ???
