My son was complaining of an ear ache. I was able to book a spot that same day and take him in. The entire staff was friendly. Sandy was the nurse practitioner that saw my son and she was professional, kind and explained everything with ease. I appreciated how quick everything went. We were in and out in less than an hour. Taking my son to an urgent care was not how I planned my Saturday to go but am so glad pediatrix was there for our medical needs. Thanks to all the staff! Would definitely recommend Pediatrix urgent care. Also, I feel I should mention they used to be night light pediatrics.
The whole staff was wonderful !!The nursing staff was exceptional and really very well trained. They were very knowledgeable and willing to listen to me when I explained some of my baby's symptoms.It's always Nice to see Kim at the front desk.Thank you all for your excellent service.
Took my 7 year old in for ear pain. From receptionist to medical assistant to Nurse Practitioner all were professional and made the trip to urgent care way more pleasant than when I take her to the pediatrician. Thank you for your kindness towards my girl and quickly diagnosing her so we could start treatment.
