This is the ONLY carpet cleaning service I use!!! I accidentally called a Deluxe Carpet Cleaning on Tomatoe St thinking it was this one and they tried to rip me off. Told me one price and when they get here it was double. Don't use the Deluxe on Tomatoe St!!! I believe half of these negative reviews are for them. This Deluxe gets my stains out, they stay out long and the price is very reasonable.

It's always a little unsettling trying a company you've never done business with, right? So I took my chances w/ Deluxe because most of the reviews were o.k. & I understand that 'every' business has limitations, and I am not expecting a genie to pop out of the bottle via their service beyond what they have quoted. This is not to say some customers do not have legitimate concerns, etc. but I think its important to put yourself in the company's shoes in that process. Having seen the $99 Special for 3 rooms on their website, I thought this was a good deal. Stanley Steemer was $150. Thumbs up, the tech came early, that's a nice start. Amazing! Getting our home ready to sell. Called and they had someone out THAT day. Not just that, they did a BEAUTIFUL job. I "assumed" I needed way more and requested the most expensive package. They told me I simply needed the basics. They were right. It turned out great. Will be referring everyone I know. Thank you.
