I had an issue with the Toilet in the Master Bathroom, and I called Mercy Plumbing. They gave me the appointment the same day and John came earlier to my house to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He also wanted to see the water heater, furnace and air conditioning and since this is an old house, he recommended changing and repairing some important stuff to avoid leaks in the future. He is awesome and I will recommend Mercy Plumbing for sure.

Mercy Plumbing was quick to respond to our broken pipe that unfortunately occurred in the late evening/early night. Even though Luc was done for the day, he came out and fixed everything for us with a smile on his face. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything to us as went along.
