I can't say enough about the team at Mason Road Veterinary Clinic. We came to them a few years back with an emergency. They took us back immediately, and gave us fair pricing on the services we needed. We have been clients ever since. Most recently our Sweet Old Man, Charlie, passed away. Mason Road Vet was there to help us in any way they could. The amount of empathy and care they gave our family in our time of grief has been most comforting. Hands down I would recommend this office to anyone in the Katy and surrounding areas.

I argued with the vet about little to press her buttons and ease the tension for the visit for my grandmother's doggo, she is feisty... The vet and Maxine the grumpy K9 companion. The vet did not need a muzzle tho, can't say the same for Maxine. Even with my persistent arrogant attitude, acting as if I'm the professional in the room, and raised nose to the staff; they were all absolutely professional, kind, well educated and friendly, showing compassion and understanding while ignoring my lack of tact. Both of our English bulldogs have received extremely good professional care from Dr. Hokanson! Her team is very caring and doesn't try to oversell or push you into spending money for unwanted services. They will literally take small steps to diagnose your fur babies! We have found our forever VET! Kona says - Thank you!!!
