Her techniques are unique, I’ve had many massages and Grace is the best. She knows what she’s doing and really relieves any pain and discomfort. Great establishment.

I absolutely love the service given here at L1!I’ve only gone twice and each time has been an absolute pleasure, making me want to come back again!Such a welcoming environment to set up the appointment and 10/10 skill done overall.Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a good massage done asap.

After a bad lift at the gym I had a tight muscle which was causing sciatic nerve pain. I was desperate for help and stubble upon this place. After a one hour session I was a different human. My pain was minimal and I was able to walk normal again. The following day I woke up like brand new and was back at the gym. Ever since that initial visit I’ve made it a habit to coming here at least once per month and sometimes even three times. They help me keep aches away and speed muscle recovery. Place is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!
