We had water damage in our upstairs bathrooms and contacted L&T to inspect the damage. Luis was able to recommend contacting our homeowners insurance and he worked directly with our insurance to cover the cost of the repairs. They rebuilt the bathrooms and they look brand new! The workers were very friendly and professional.
L&T contractors were very professional and efficient with their services.y flooring is beautiful and restroom is absolutely amazing. Angie and Jose were fabulous to work. They were responsive, communicated often and follow up on everything. Everything from the insurance estimate, pack out to the rebuild was handled. I highly recommend using them to meet your remodel needs.
L&T worked tirelessly with me to get the most from my insurance company - without their efforts I would not have received even half of what I did. The crew was very friendly. Most of the work they did was really good. Biggest problem for me was timing and communication. They were late every day - and I'm talking about hours or days, not minutes. We also had several problems of communicating as I would remind them daily of a shelfing issue or cabinet painting touch up they forgot to do and every day they would say tomorrow but it never got done; then on last days they didn't seem to know what I was talking about.
