Great job on braiding my sons hair. His hair was on the shorter side, so I was surprised with its neatness and how fast she did it! It look about 45 minutes. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m taking him back today!

1st I will say I take partial blame for going somewhere that's not the business specialty. I saw this place the other day and decided to go inside and look for the hair dye I needed(which I did find). I saw them doing hair and asked if they did locs retwist. One person looked at my hair and said "$85-90". Next day, I'm in the seat, I'm told $120. Thank goodness I washed my own hair prior because it's not included like usual and the product they used left white specks in my hair?. I ended up paying $100 because I was not expecting more than $90. Also the hair appointments are cash only while the hair supply does accept credit/debit. Someone recommended me to this place but its starting off bad from the start. What kind of business is this that don't have a phone to make an appointment? I have tried several times, phone not working. Unbelievable
