I went to JC Penney on Sat July 20 in a hurry looking for Sephora and I was disappointed that Sephora is no longer with JCPenney. As I was about to walk out, the cashier I asked about Sephora said that JC Penney had its own cosmetic area. I decided to give it a try. I needed a new foundation and I needed to get color matched. I found Toni working that day. I told her what I was looking for. She asked all the right questions like what’s your skin type and what are you looking for in a foundation. The reason I’m giving this place a four star review and not anything lower is because this is a department store that I kind of like. We all know about the JCPenney photo shoots that people have been doing and that single-handedly probably has kept the photo business they have inside alive. I don’t know how their hair salon is doing and I’m pretty sure everyone loves the Sephora and people also come here to shop and have fun especially since it’s next to Katy Asian town. They have also employed my mom for a couple of years if I’m not mistaken, and they take care of her so I feel very grateful for them. I had an Amazing experience Mr. Stan & staff helped me out tremendously! He showed me how to access the app for additional savings! The store was clean & very well organized! Thank Mr. Stan & Jcpenney staff!
