The tech and repairs were great. The only problem was with scheduling. We had a confirmed appointment for a Friday morning, but were notified late Friday morning no techs were available and it was reschedule for Monday morning. When no one arrived, I called and was again told no techs were available in our area and the appointment was again rescheduled for Tuesday morning. The tech did show on Tuesday slightly after our scheduled window. The tech was great, worked quickly, explained his repairs and was out the door within an hour.

The repair was completed. The technician, Denis went above and beyond when I asked him if it was possible to remove some glass shelving that needed to be cleaned. He showed me how to remove the glass and helped me clean it and put everything back together.

Everything was great after the technician arrived on site. He diagnosed the issue with the LG washer and took the time necessary to correct it. The only problem I had was the scheduling. Scheduled as a warranty repair under a Lowe’s Protect Plan. That was a nightmare. Eventually (after I had to personally go into Lowe’s) it was assigned to Mastertex for a next morning time-slot. Within 30 mins of that I was contacted by Mastertex and asked if I could be home in the next 30 mins because there was a tech in my area and the next day appointment was not available. I stopped what I was doing and was fortunately able to get to my home exactly when the tech did.
