Service was great!! I had a surprise delivery to a family member that was not at the location and delivered it to where they were at another address. The driver was excellent and thought it would be done the next day. Driver made it happen on the same day. Thank you so much.

I did a order through 1800flowers for my other family due to a loss of a family member and Ali was the greatest. I am over a 1000 miles away from home so I can't be there for them but Ali had the best communication and sent me a photo of the flowers. If he gets this Ali ur the best. Thank u so much

I just bought my first home and love fresh flowers. With a busy schedule and with this COVID thing I can't/don't get out much, so I decided to treat myself to flowers for my home. All I can say is...LOVE! This was an FTD order and sometimes you don't get what you pay for, definitely not the case here. My arrangement looks like the photo and better in person. Thank you Floral Concepts for brightening my new home with this beautiful arrangement with the beautiful pink vase (just like the photo) It is definitely the life of the party! I will most assuredly use you directly in the future. You made my weekend!
