Starting with the staff to Dr Whitford, I received professional and thorough assistance with pain in my eye. Fortunately, the staff worked me in and Dr Whitford examined and most importantly, calmly walked me through the results of his findings. The staff was informative and with guidance allowed me to have a positive experience. Thank you!

Today was my first time seeing Dr Whitford, he is very pleasant and although I did only go in for a eye exam he was very attentive to my questions and answered all of them. His staff got me in within a couple of days when i called to make an appointment and his nurses are very knowledgeable. Overall I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Wait time can vary depending on each persons appointment but i didnt mind, i dont expect to go and come out 15 min later. Lets me realistic these are people that are treating medical conditions, its not a drive thru.

I have been going to Dr Whitford for years now, recently diagnosed with glaucoma I had a panic attack but Dr Whitford has been taking such good care of me and my glaucoma diagnosis he has given me the proper medications and is always very open to answering any questions i have. his staff is wonderful also they get me in for appointment when its convenient for me. The wait can vary but i understand and acknowledge that he spends time with his patients so it doesn't bother me one bit.
