Back in 2017 we started the cycle of home renovation on our 1992-built home. Eric did our kitchen, our living room, our powder room renovations. The quality and cost were excellent. We're continuing the work in 2023, he just replaced a dangerous and rickety attic access ladder which was going to injure someone eventually. I don't even bid out work anymore, because there is delay and risk in bidding work out to unknown people (I think he moved to Magnolia from Katy, by the way).

I would (& already have) recommended Eric to my friends for general contractor work. He is very thorough and professional and has a very good (& humble) team that is always willing to help. We had a full house renovation that his team took care of. When we ran into any challenges or issues with the work being done or were not happy with how it turned out, he worked with us until it was to our satisfaction. This sets him apart in my mind. We will continue to use Eric for our future general contractor work.
