Jose was very helpful and kind. However, the price given to me at first was not the same when I picked up the items. (Was told $10 for jacket, $7 for pants) Was given a 25% discount but ended up paying around $17 plus anyway. Suit turned out great but I’ve paid way less for next day orders.
Super courteous service. Beautiful cleaning and pressing work. Expensive though (avg over $9.50 a piece and 3 were wool scarves and an accidental pair of underwear!) or I’d have rated them a 5.
I dropped off my suit 3 days before my sister’s wedding. There was a stain on the suit jacket I pointed out, the attendant told me they should be able to get it out… alas… it was/is still there. On the plus side everything else was pressed and cleaned nicely.
