I got the most amazing adjustment from Dr. Kaechele Linder! I don't say this lightly, because I have been getting adjustments since I was very little. I've also been to lots of chiropractors before. I'm used to being contorted and pounded by male chiropractors, who have thrown their weight onto my back and done so many procedures that involve them being right in my face, just to get something to release. She noticed that I have PTSD and took extra care not to do any of the treatments I've had before, and got the best adjustments ever! I wish all chiropractors would handle people this way. I could not stand in place for more than 10 minutes without extreme upper back tightness/pain. I visited physical therapists and did daily stretches/exercises for years with very little improvement. After 3 sessions with Dr. Nemow, I am relatively pain-free for the first time in several years and it seems to be lasting.
