I had experienced my AC not working yesterday and reached out to Huy from AMS ColdPro as a recommendation from a friend. He responded promptly and offered to do a site visit the next day.
He arrived on time and went straight to work and also made sure to inform me about his findings and made sure I was informed about the entire troubleshooting process.
Since I'm fairly uneducated about home AC units, my general concern would be being upsold to an entire replacement when it isn't needed. But working with Huy, he made sure to do his best to find a way to get it fixed first.

I placed a call for non functioning AC and it was 103 degrees outside. A technician was to my house within 30 minutes and had me back up running in about 15 minutes. Simple repair not too expensive but very impressed by professionalism and knowledge. Been 3 weeks and still going strong so they got the right part on the first try no guessing
