We had a sound card problem on our 22 month old Dell and of course Dell offered NO help other than offering us to pay them $387 to fix it. Robert at Alexaur was able to get it working and we only had to pay for one hour of labor. Thank you!

Honest and knowledgeable. I like that a lot. They've helped me. They don't charge for all sorts of simple tests. My mother-in-law can be trying, and they were patient with her. If you knew my mother in law, you'd be impressed by this. Very knowledgeable.
