Rude and overcharges. They have $6.99 for a jacket but charged me $8.99 for a simple jacket saying $6.99 is for ladies. For a simple pocket tear which needed just 2 stitches they charged $8. I understand they need to make money but overcharging is not acceptable. This is the last time I am coming here.

I rate this place a zero. I have never in my life experience such rudeness all the time. Before Covid I went there only because the price was good and the work was decent, but the lady in the front was always so so rude and unfriendly. Just recently I went there and the older gentleman came from the back to assist me. And I got there at 8 AM and I asked for my items same-day service because that’s what the sign says before nine. He screamed at me no can-do, I proceeded to show him a stain on one pair of slacks then he started screamingcan’t do can’t do. And he walked to the back of the cleaners. I hope they leave the neighborhood and have someone else start a cleaner. They are rude and insulting. The man at the store told me to leave and take my laundry back as I was asking questions about their services written on the wall.
