Very prompt service. Service tech Cecil was awesome. Very prompt, professional and pleasant. The woman answering phone on Saturday lacked professionalism and manners, but Cecil made up for her manners.
They are the brightest star in the air conditioning business. Their quality and service outshines any other air conditioning company here in Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I have had them out to three different properties and they were able to fix the issues within the hour and came out that evening or early morning the next day. What a great way serve others. Above all they are the most reasonable priced company out there and with the greatest integrity. That's pretty hard to find these days.
