Brian Rineheart was very professional, personal and responsive. He always answered my calls. He was the liaison between me & my insurance company. He discovered items/issues the adjuster overlooked. The work crew was efficient, fast with quality workmanship. JDuncanson’s office team found errors in the adjuster’s calculations which would have shorted us on our recoverable funds. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian on a roofing project, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Living in NYC while the work was being done in Texas, I was initially apprehensive about the logistics and dealing with the insurance company. However, Brian made the entire process seamless. He provided invaluable assistance on how to contact the insurance company and was even on-site for the inspection in Texas, which was a huge relief since my days of climbing roofs are over.
