I too am extremely pleased with my new bathroom and with the updates made in our bedroom as well.Mike worked with me to design the bathroom and pointed me to resources for picking the materials and finishes.When we had a countertop hiccup, Mike provided me with an option to consider, that I ended up liking better than my original selection, so the project could stay on track.The crew and trades that came to my home were always willing to answer my questions and always cleaned up after the job/day of work was completed.He also went above and beyond when we had a leak in the bathroom, due to A/C overflow, while the project was still going on. “I've been having problems with my ac unit for a while now, ranging from working non-stop for long hours, to leaks, to not cooling(and its not really hot yet) . I called a couple AC companies to get quotes of how much is gonna cost me to fix the whole unit, but I got very expensive quotes with things that I don't really need to add. Then a friend of mine recommended Mr. Hussein Alsafi (AC technician) from Texas Eagle AC and Heating and told me to call this tech and I won't regret it. I called Mr. Alsafi who responded immediately in a very professional helpful manner and we set an appointment in order to check the unit. After doing his tests and inspecting the the outside unit and the one in the attic we sat down to discussthe detailsand to put a work plan, Mr. Alsafi started to ask about the size of my house, the year of the build, what type of windows I have in the house, and what other issues I'm concerned about other than cooling and heating, I explained that one of the rooms is not getting cold, although there cold air getting to it, and of course, the allergy is a big issue, and one last thing is my electricity bill. Mr. Alsafi gave me a quote and his work plan to fix all my AC issues with WAY LESS money than the other quotes I got before! And his work plan includes replacing the whole system with the right size 2 stages ac unit, and includes also another system that will take care of the allergy issues, and to rearrange the air distribution to the rooms in the whole house.After we discussed all the details, we came to the installation day. Mr. Alsafi gave me a reminding call one day before the installation day and next day a team of 5 AC technicians showed up at my house around 8:00 AM . They were very respectful and professional and immediately began moving furniture out of the way, and covered the floors, and within an hour! The old unit is gone and the new parts and the new system starts to show up. Mr. Alsafi was directing and supervising every step of the process while answering my questions. When they were done with the installation, they started the cleaning and put the furniture back to were they were before. Mr. Alsafi finalized the installation with performing the prusser test and the cooling test, the whole process took less than 5 hours! Mr Alsafi showed me the new system and parts he installed, then he gave a 10 year warranty for the parts and 2 years for the labor. I was very impressed for the level of service and professionalism that Mr. Hussein Alsafi and his team from TEXAS EAGLE AC AND HEATING provided. I want to thank Them for their hard work and Iwill recommend them to all my Friends and neighbors!“

We used their roofing service a few months ago for our new roof installation and again went with them for a roof repair when a tree fell on our house and damaged our roof. They were out quickly to repair some parts of our roof and worked tirelessly to ensure it was spotless. The repair was excellent, and we are happy they could fix the damaged parts, and we don't need to replace the entire roof yet.“

“We selected Stata because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews, and they did not disappoint. First, ask for Frank! Unlike other on-site managers who just make the rounds and check in, Frank devotes a significant amount of time on-site. He was knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to informing the homeowner, plus he is nice to talk to and will give you great BBQ advice. Once we decided to go with Strata, the re-roof happened swiftly. The owner, Christian, gave excellent advice on material options and color selections for our house. He worked with our insurance, and it became hands-off for us as he negotiated adjustments needed to address the roof and damage to the soffit unseen prior to the tear-off. During construction, he introduced us to a masonry contractor for repairing our entryway bricks who also did phenomenal work, swiftly, and at a reasonable price. Strata used high-quality materials, safely executed the process (with no workplace incidents) and provided a thorough cleanup. Just today I was cleaning out debris from plant beds after the freeze and found only ONE roofing nail. Care was taken to minimize the impact on the considerable number of plants around the home. They collaborated with us to install our low-pitch entry with a commercial-style gutter system. NO MORE OVERFLOW. Integrated chimney cap restoration with the roof work happened, and no complaints all around. Finally, they installed, three high-quality, solar ventilation fans, at Strata’s suggestion – these have noticeably lowered my attic temperatures and I highly recommend them in general. I hope to never need roof work done on this home again, but if a massive hailstorm occurs, I will not hesitate to call Strata for a second time.“

“Predator Restoration was called in by a plumbing company I had install our sink. There was some water damage to the baseboard and I had a very thorough conversation with Predator Restoration on my options. They explained everything to me regarding techniques, materials, and industry practices/standards. I decided to allow them to go ahead and swap out the damaged panel and they replaced it with a perfectly matching plywood piece- far better than the particle board material originally there. I am beyond satisfied and will engage them for any woodworking projects I'd like done. Thanks, guys! Amazing work!!“

All started with a free roof inspection, they found many high risk damage spots which prompted Brian to submit a claim for a new roof. Of course the insurance company pushed back but Brian worked directly with the adjuster took him up on the roof and advocated for me. New roof was approved and we are extremely happy with the installers and the follow up after the install was completed. Highly recommend!“

“Would rate between 4.25 to 4.5 stars, but don't want a 4 too heavily affecting their aggregate review so rounding up. First let me say we're REALLY happy with the final product. This was our second experience with doing updates to this home and at this point we think it's probably normal to expect that the job will take longer than they said it would (in this case significantly longer) and there's the potential for them to book jobs too closely together (I.e. during the first two weeks the main guy working did half days or wasn't here a couple times because of wrapping up another project). Foreman also wasn't here as frequently as we would have liked and that may have kept our project more in line with the projected timeline. With that being said like I mentioned previously we're VERY happy with the final product and they worked with us to address any concerns we had with certain things and Nathan (foreman) went above and beyond when it came to addressing anything we found with the "blue tape walkthrough". The installers were very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Sam was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. They helped move furniture around, remove and reinstall toilets, as well as unhooked/reinstalled our stove/appliances. There were a few minor issues after the job was done (minor cosmetic), which can be expected when your entire house is re-floored. “Use TriFection if you want excellent communication, fair pricing, and expert workmanship. We had a tub removed and a walk-in shower put in our downtown loft. We hired a less well-known contractor who was sent to us by one of those find-a-contractor websites. That guy ripped us off and was basically a thief. All his work had to be taken out and be redone. We found TriFection through Tom Tynan, a much better recommendation than a website that promises to vet contractors but obviously doesn't. I cannot recommend Jeff and TriFection highly enough. I learned a valuable lesson once again, you get what you pay for, and TriFection is worth every penny. Jeff is a loyal Aggie (aren't they all?), but that doesn't stop this UH alum from singing his praises as loudly as I can. We'll always be thankful we found TriFection.
