Awesome plumbing company. Found them through HomeAdvisor/Angi Website as we are new to the Jasper area. Was looking for a plumber who was able to come out to repair my gas leak at my home and within 48 hours after contacting them, they came out and repaired it and got it inspected by the city. They are great, they’re very friendly and professional. They work very quickly and waste zero time to come out to look and quote and get the job taken care of. Very pleased with the service my husband and I received from Mr. Terry Watson and his awesome team. After moving to a rural area in SE Texas from another state that had contractors everywhere that were responsive and accommodating to consumers, I am still in awe of the way contractors out here handle their businesses. There's very few that will get right back to you, or even have someone that actually answers the phone when you call. You usually end up waiting for months unless it's an emergency call, and when they do come, they call you and tell you their at your gate and ready to start work (what the heck!) I was referred to a plumber by a friend to have my kitchen sink and faucet replaced, and after waiting over two months for a call back (that I never received) from Don Ford Plumbing, and leaving a couple of messages I decided to try elsewhere. Nothing against him he was probably real busy, but I asked him to at least call me back with a time frame, because my friend said I was on his list. No call back ever. Watson Plumbing answered right away, the owner called me back the next day (Sat) to schedule for Monday or Tue. We scheduled for Tuesday. They called that morning before they came, told me what time they'd be there etc. Awesome. They went above and beyond to install my sink. They had to cut some of the countertop to accommodate the squared edges on the new sink, the old one had rounded edges. Someone that actually takes some pride in their business!!! If I ever need any plumbing work done I know where I'm calling.

Found out we needed a new water heater, so we called Watson. Jon and Derrick came to the rescue. They were professional, as well as personable, and got the job done in what I thought was amazing time. You can bet if we have a problem in the future, we'll be calling Watson!
