came home to find our ac wasn't working in the Texas heat I could wait to get it fixed, star air is the only place I could find that has a 24 hour line I called star air I explained what I was hearing and they where knowledgeable and sent a tech out within the the hour. before Mike left he called to confirm the info so he ensured he had the right part and had what he would need to get us back In the cool. Mike showed up and got right to work, he was very professional and very helpful and was done within an hour. Mike saved the day!!
Our A/C was not blowing cold air, and it was over 100 degrees outside,so I called Star Air. It was after business hours, and we got scheduled for early the following morning. Travis and Brian came to the rescue promptly at 9 am and quickly put an end to the misery. They were extremely friendly and were in and out in no time. Thanks guys!
I literally could not say enough. I put in an inquiry with home advisor to get a few estimates after the first company took days just to get me a quote. That made me lose faith in them and I need someone fast. The next morning I get a call from Donna. She was delightful at every step. She gave me the quote based on the best information I was able to give her and it fell right about what I was expecting given what a friend of mine in a different state was saying. She came out the next day and got the measurements and found out we needed a bigger system based on the size of the old unit. Got me the new quote fast and I was able to book the install within days.
