We've hired Ken Dixon several times for big and small jobs and have been very happy with them every step of the way. They are the first company who has EVER emailed us a picture of the plumber/service person that was coming out so we would feel safe. This is an incredible example of customer service - especially since we didn't request this! Their receptionist and accounting departments have been a pleasure to work with as well!

We absolutely love this company. They have helped us with a couple of plumbing issues in our aging house, and each time they have been professional, kind, and extremely reasonable in their pricing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed some my modifications done to my home propane gas lines. My propane company suggested Ken Dixon. I called for an appointment and was given a time. The plumber arrived on time. He was masked and was careful to maintain social distance. He was professional and courteous. I was unsure about the modification I wanted so I asked his opinion and he offered me a simple but effective solution. He and his helper completed the job in less than 30 minutes and it looked great and worked exactly as I wanted. The price was about half what I expected to pay. To be honest, I don't know how a company could have performed any better.
