She did CranioSacral work and massage to help alleviate my shoulder/neck pain. I hold a lot of tension in those areas and I left feeling complete relief and gained a bit of knowledge. They also have items for sell in the office, I recently picked up the Rowe Casa brand lymphatic cream and it helped keep the fluid moving while my son was teething to avoid an ear infection!“
