Our carpet technician was the BEST. His name was Spencer D. He was super respectful and always on time. He made small talk with us and made us feel very comfortable. He made sure we knew everything that was going on and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be using their services again.

The gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional! The company let me know exactly when they were on their way and they were punctual! They were efficient and the cleaning was excellent. This is the third time we have used Zerorez and will definitely use them again and recommend them!
