The Fitsmith is a fitness studio that focuses on YOU as an individual. We understand that each person has unique goals and needs. Thus, we want to deliver the results you want. Through our individualized assessment, we will customize a workout program that suits your abilities and helps you reach your specific goal. Whether you’re looking for the traditional 1-on-1 personal training or private team training (up to 6 clients per coach), you will be working closely with one of our coaches. In a personalized setting, you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.

Monday: 6AM - 7PM
Tuesday: 6AM - 7PM
Wednesday: 6AM - 7PM
Thursday: 6AM - 7:30PM
Friday: 6AM - 7:30PM
Saturday: 9 - 11AM
Sunday: 9 - 11AM
